Hi Mods
I am trying to upload my photo ID but it got rejected twice . The reason specified is that both sides of the ID should be uploaded , which I did , however they were in two different JPG files . Does the tool expect to receive only one file so the second upload is actually deleting the first one ?
Why such limitation by Red hat ? and how to get rid of this issue ?
~ thanks
yes. Or just open both the files *pictures*, put them next to each other on the screen, and take a screenshot of the area around the two. This is how I do it; it is simple, and it works.
Hi Punyabrata
Yes, you need to upload both sides in one file. If you send them one after another, the first incomplete file will be rejected and deleted. I think this is specified in the instructions, as you have received them. We will verify if the text can be improved there. Thanks

Hello
Thanks for the response. So - I suppose I can add those two JPG files ( because I have two different files for two sides of my Photo ID ) in an MS Word document and upload that document as one single piece of evidence for Photo ID right !
and that should be fine with Red Hat Photo ID rules right !
