I have launched the Course and Lab environment for D0188, but it is been loading for the past 2-3 hours. I tried using different browsers, but the issue persists. Can you please help? I can't start the course without access to it.

Can you try accessing the content in a private/incognito window after clearing browser cache/cookies.
If that does not work out please open a support ticket using the support tab in the ROL homepage.
Thanks for the response. I have already tried using a different browser, incognito mode, and clearing the cache. I have opened a new case for this issue.
