Problems with labs environment

I have problems starting and recreating the labs for RH403. 

I get the following:

openstack region: eu-central-1

Already create a case but no answer yet. The problem is there for 7 hours already. Is there a way to get support on this in the weekend?

I have the same problem too. My lab enviornment stays stuck on building for ages before it ends up as project state failed.

Same for me , I had same problem 3 weeks ago. Took 2 days for it to resume.  Open a ticket but Support team does not work during weekends.

That's no good. I had scheduled this weekend for learning so I can take EX403 coming Monday. Now I need to reschedule
