Hi,
Do you need a live usb for OpenShift as well or only for RHCSA?

It's not the quality of the camera that's the issue, it's that an external camera isn't fixed, it can be re-positioned.

Thanks for the information you provided here.
I use to connect my laptop to a 20+ screen to do daily routines and practise for my planed certificate. This helps me to keep having highly focused with good overall insight even on my daily routine computer work and to avoid loosing track of my work since the laptop has a small screen.
Is it allowed in the exam?
Best

Hi @raf-san ,
You are only allowed to use one monitor, one keyboard and one external mouse. If you chose to connect an external monitor to your laptop, the laptop lid must be closed throughout the duration of the exam session. You will be required to use a wired keyboard and a wired mouse.

Hi @JS_Learning ,
Yes, I opened a first ticket (RHT1235666) open on 08/03 that was handled by a couple people and closed by them improperly. It was reopen, but never got an update after the reopen request.
For that reason, I opened a new request (RHT1238894) on 08/7, but it never received any updates from the day it was open.
Then I tried a slack channel with other students, and they told me to post a question in this entry.
