So I just attempted to take my exam but ended up having it cancelled due to technical issues. Just wondering, are there any ports I should have forwarded or anything in prep for the test? I've had issues all the way through this test setup process and support reassured me every single ticket that it would be fine.

Hi @Auria,
Unfortunately, no at this point. We don't have any announcements about a potential testing or piloting of EX248 yet. Nevertheless, our development teams are preparing exams one by one for Remote Exam release and hence EX248 would be taken up in future.
Ways to Test page will be updated with the latest exams set to be released.

Hi @Auria ,
Yes, That appears to be the most feasible option for your device.
Please run the compatibility test to check the functionality of the webcam, mouse, and keyboard before attempting the exam.

HI @Auria
Yes, you can use this format.
If you are planning to use an external monitor however, the equation will change. You will need to close the laptop lid and use a wired external keyboard too. This will necessitate 4 USB ports. A USB hub can be used to connect your keyboard and mouse, while the bootable image and webcam can be plugged directly in to the other two ports.
Hope this clarifies.

I don't have an answer to this ... I came here searching for the same info after taking an exam.
I had little success with copy/paste - though at one point Shift+Insert allowed me to paste.
Didn't have the time to investigate.
It's a shame that the prep PDF, or the FAQ make no mention of copy/paste
