Hi @oleg-samoylov-r ,

No, An external webcam is required for the remote exam. Other devices like laptops, notebooks, mobile phones, or any smart devices are not allowed near the exam desk.

Hi Team,
I had my RHCSA exam scheduled, i did run the compatibility test and it was all ok. While I logged in for the exam after a moment proctor was not able to view from my external camera and i was getting network errors I was on wifi after which I tried to troubleshoot with the help of support team but no luck and due to which I was not able to give my exam.I am trying to reschedule my exam please help. I have written couple of email but I havent got any response yet. Please let me know how can I reschedule my exam.

Did you look in the scheduler tool (where you initially scheduled your Remote Exam)?

Yes in the scheduler I see as none and I am not able to schedule it again
and there it is mentioned as contact admin I have written couple of emails
but havent got any reply yet.

Just enrolled for a redhat EX294V8K on 2020-09-16 13:00:00.

So far I can boot with exam iso but unable to enter pwd (keyboard not detected) for wifi to procced further. 

FYI:

I'm using my microsoft surface laptop hoping I can use inbuilt keyboard. However bought an external webcam for the exam.
