Make sure to mention the user ID/email used to schedule the exam to avoid delays.

Hi,

 

I have Red Hat Learning Subscription which is valid till 2020.11.22.

I've enroled for the EX200 exam and now it says that the expiration date for this enrollment is 2021.05.27. Does it mean that even though my learning subscription ends in november 2020 I can still try to pass the exam after this date?

Hi @BeMarek ,

Yes, that is correct.
The exam eligibilities usually expire along with the subscription but Red Hat has now extended the exam eligibilities by 180 days, so the exams can be scheduled after your learning subscription ends.

However, please note that access to the labs will be lost once the subscription ends and you will not be able to swap the exam eligibility to a different exam.
For specific questions around the extension, I would encourage you to contact the support team.

What about 2 retakes which I have in the subscription. Will I be eglible to use them even after my subscription ends?

Hi @BeMarek ,

They can only be used if you have enrolled in them before the subscription ends. Unused retakes cannot be utilized after the end of subscription.

That’s right. But you won’t be able to study during that gap just take the exam.

This is the third time I am contacting  RedHat for fixing the issue in the RedHat exam scheduler for not showing to upload pics regarding the none English  National ID in Country Sri Lanka. After opening a case They have told me that they will inform me when they update the system. Still no response from them.Regarding I have bought five exams and limited time remaining for the expiration of those exams I request from RedHat to give me an alternative method if it takes time for them to fix the issue. So I can complete my 5 exams before the exam expiration.I expect a quick response from redhat.

I checked internally about your query and you should receive an update soon. This looks like a matter to be dealt by our IT that manages the ID pre-upload and verification process. Unfortunately, I do not have visibility to these PII hosting systems and would request you to followup on the last email you have from our support team about this asking them for an update and next steps.

Hello 
I´ve just raised a Ticket to the RedHat Certification Team using the link: https://rhtapps.redhat.com/comments. Everything looks good but when I pushed the submit button it throws an "Error 500". However, when I was checking my mail, I realized Redhat sent a confirmation of the ticket request so I´m not sure if the process succeeded correctly.
The Request created is RHT1293199.

Appreciate your kind help.

Hi there,

The ticket has been generated as you have already received a confirmation email. (I also checked internally and your ticket is in the system.).
I assume the 500 error was ephemeral as I no longer see issues while submitting a ticket. However, I will let the team know.
