Change the resolution on your screen before the exam begins. Are you using a 4K monitor?

Hi There,

 

i have scheduled the exam (Ex200) for Dec 18,2020.   i got an issue after i have booted with the live iso and configured the network properly.  The  issue  is below

 

"Networking Does not appear to be configured"

"Click ok to configure it now"

 

I tried it on three laptops, desktop. i tried Networking with wired, wifi. But without luck.

can any body help please?

Hi,

For the exam, it's necessary to use integrated webcam or the external webcam is enough.

About the sound and microphone, both must be integrated or I can use some type of headphones. I would like to use a desktop computer and it doesn't have integrated audio.

Need help, urgently. My exam is right now and all I can see is a black screen after setting the wifi.

I tried to test the environment and got the same thing. I replaced my laptop with a desktop computer, but I still see a black screen. All I can do is go to settings.

The training support in chat said that this an issue with new iso usb

You can use the latest remote exam ISO. The issue that we faced was temporary and it has been resolved.
