Hello everyone,

I recently passed the RHCSA exam, and I am unable to get my digital badge. I didn't get any email from Credly. I sent many emails to Red RedHat support, but they always cancelled my request.

Hello @Edmond007 , Please follow the simple process below to claim your digital badge:

1. Watch to receive an email in your inbox from Red Hat via Credly, Also check spam folder.
2. Click the button in the email to accept your digital badge
3. Create a Credly account, if you don’t already have one. Use the same e-mail which you used for redhat account
4. Share your Red Hat achievement!

If you still have the issue raise a support request, follow the steps below:

Goto https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/account/profile , then click Help, then Support at the top.

State your issue under with Title: "Redhat exam badge not issued in Credly" and some description.

@Edmond007 have you got your credly badge yet ?

Please note that it may take 24-48 hours before you can get your credly badge ( after you have passed a certification exam ). If you still have not got the badge, then please raise a support case here : https://rhtapps.redhat.com/comments
