RHCSA (EX200) Passed but Badge & Certificate not received post 24 hours from Credly or Red Hat

H, Please if anyone can guide me.

Tickets raised with Red Hat & Credly support but no proper response yet.

Credly is saying Red Hat will issue & Red Hat is saying Credly will send auto email.

And as per Credly Red Hat not yet issued my badge & certificate. So, what should I do now ?

Please download the certificate from https://rhtapps.redhat.com/certifications make sure you are logging in with same ID as the one used to write the exam.

I could see the certificate details but could not see the download option anywhere for me to download?

@Jinwoo1 The RH certs are now accessible from credly. 

You can signup / login to credly ( https://www.credly.com/organizations/red-hat-inc/collections/red-hat-professional-certification-digi... ) to get your certificate in pdf format. You should wait 24 - 48 hrs after you have received exam results to be able to download the certificate from Credly.
