RHCSA Rapid Track Lab not starting?

Hello, 

Treid to resume LAB but VMs were showing state stopped and on top state was started. Manully starting didn't work either. deleted Speed Test essay writer LAB and created again, now stuck on creating. 

classroom VM in delete state since long time and no progress further.

any idea ?

I would suggest raising a support ticket for the issue you are facing with the team at access.redhat.com (choose Product as "Red Hat Online Learning")
