RedHat Email - eligible for a discount...no instructions provided

Hello,

I received an email from redhat after completing a training, saying that "You are eligible for a discount on your next Red Hat Certification exam" and "browse the catalog" to start the journey. 

However I don't see any instruction on how to apply this discount or what does it consist off, is it a coupon, is it applied automatically or what else? I would expect more professional communications from Red Hat in this matter instead of letting me figuring out what it might be and how it can be applied.

Would you mind attaching screenshot of the email? I've yet to see such a promotion ... it doesn't mean that it does/doesn't exist. I'm just curious.
