I'm seeing latency in my clicks and keystrokes when I'm in the remote exam environment. When I'm clicking through the prompts after the window that tells me to remove my usb device, I'm seeing a 1-2 second lag in my clicks. I noticed when I logged into my RedHat account, my keystrokes aren't recognized until 1-2 seconds later. I'm also using an external keyboard and mouse on a Laptop. I can't use my laptop's built-in keyboard because some of the keys aren't working. Has anyone else experience this before? If so, what was your work around if any? I really do not want this kind of latency on the actual exam.

So I found the issue was related to my 4K external monitor. I changed the resolution to 1920x1080 and the refresh rate to 60Hz and this still did not resolve my issue, but when I disconnect the external monitor altogether there isn't any latency or lag.

This is usually related to either
1. Network speed - during the exam, the desktop is being sent to Redhat. Very high resolution of your desktop requires much more data to be uploaded from your computer out. Switching the resolution down makes sense in this sense.
2. Video driver compatibility. In case the video card is not fully compatible with the drivers, it is not accelerated and the computer is busy drawing the high-resolution image. Therefore the delays and lags.
Don't forget RH does not recommend using higher than FULL HD (1920x1080) resolutions for the desktop and the upload speed of your internet should be 10Mbps at least (based on experience)
