Taken the exam for the third time(LS200)

Hello, 

I have LS200 and had taken an exam twice, and unfortunately, I did not t pass, so I tried to reserve another re-take for it, but it showed me that I couldn't; anyone have an idea? Because I think when having five exams and two re-take, I could set for the third time as a new exam.
