Test Exam environment wont let me exit without closing browser

Greetings,

I was testing my exam environment, upon wanting to close, It just displays a note stating the following:

"NOTE: You must dclose your browser or clear your cookies to completely log out."

I see a firefox icon on top, I click on it but nothing happens, has this happened to anyone? and any ideas on how to solve it?

I was able to go around the problem by pushing the power off button to leave the test environment. Other than that, I was not able to leave the screen

Thanks for this response. I am using a Lenovo X1 carbon Thinkpad gen 3 and tried everything to get out of the test. After reading this I pressed the power button and could the exit prompt popped up.
