Anyone else having problems with logging on in the training labs? The documentation doesn't even tell you what to select or how to log on or anything. I finally got someone to provide a username and password and it indicates authenticaion failed.

the instruction with login credentials as well as the classroom server topology is generally at the very beginning of your book, or training. What's the training?

JB461. We found the problem to be with the VC course and lab. I contacted support and they are looking into it. They agreed that there is an issue. The VC course is also out of date with the instructions for the lab. The R course lab works and the instructions are up to date so I'm using that now. Thanks!

Yes, The credentials are mentioned in the Lab orientation section of the course book. If you do not find it then you may open a support ticket at the link below to get the course specific assistance.

I had this problem too , but when you login as a root with the same password it will work. 

but I have problem with connecting the lab to the internet, it needs  ethernet cable (LAN). Is there any way to change the internet settings to bridge?.

@alhanoufM The labs are  often designed not to be connected to the internet. You generally don't need to be connected to the internet, as the classroom server provides you with all the dependencies you need. 

Some labs allow connecting to the internet, but no exams do, so I'd suggest not relying on the internet.
