Using Apple Mac for the exam is possible, but ..

Silicon M1, M2, M3 Apple Macs

Cannot boot the Exam ISO, their ARM processor is not meeting the requirements.

Intel Macs

Yes, 90% of Intel Macs are able to boot. Models from 2018, 19, 20 have more issues, such as internal camera, wifi, Ethernet port, sound card (mic) not recognized, keyboard, and touchpad not working. You can connect all devices externally but the Thunderbolt multiport adapters you probably have do not work. So you need to use USB adapters and ordinary USB hubs to multiply USB ports. There may be differences in keyboard layout (cmd, option, ESC, F keys), based on the model. If the internal keyboard does not work, you need to use an external one and an external monitor connected to the Display port, usually. Also, USB booting has to be enabled and security disabled by Apple startup utility sometimes.

Conclusion

Better spend your time and effort searching for an older PC laptop among your family members and friends. Using Mac for the exam is very challenging.

@Sravani2 as mentioned in the post , I think it is not meeting the requirement , however you can raise a support case to get an update on this : https://rhtapps.redhat.com/comments
