The goal isn't to replace things like paid support, and similar, it's to better engage with our learners both before and after class. Ask some interesting questions, get some intersting applications of our technologies in front of students. Have them come back and tell us what they're doing with their new-found Ansible, or OpenShift, or even Red Hat Enterprise Linux knowledge.
