Exercises !
Doesn't need to be as detailed as in the Labs, just a bunch of exercises per exam (or topic)
A free flowing exchange of information without judgement, so noobs and experts alike can all benefit.
Maybe some gamification? Always nice to get like a '10 day learning streak' or something
Answer to all possible questions & new updates on the learning items
Learning communities connect people, organizations, and systems that are eager to learn and work across boundaries in pursuit of a shared goal. So the same think continuation i want.
A lot of participation, to achieve growth together.
Learning community should be with well defined steps for the learning path. It can deliver the certification paths, learning materials, troubleshooting steps, lab exercises, frequently occuring issues details.
What I really would like is an app which allows the course material to be temporarily stored/downloaded locally (a bit like the Netflix app) so I can watch the instruction videos while not connected to my wifi. (mobile data is still expensive in Belgium) I spend lots of time waiting in the car for my kids to finish their sports/music/hobbies and if I could use that otherwise wasted time productively that would be fantastic.
One of the suggestions already made - having separate disucssion groups for different certifications or trainings. Training or learning path for certifications, training sources and labs that we can rent for specific trainings.
