Hi 24 hours passed rather more than that ?
No update from Credly as well as Red Hat ?
Please help & guide me on the same if you can !!!
https://rhtapps.redhat.com/certifications please login into this link with ID same as the one used to login into exam and download the certificate.
It is not possible to download the certificate from https://rhtapps.redhat.com/certifications. Download page is blank. The only way to download the certificate is at credly.com which is so stupid. I really dont know why redhat disable that option to download it directly from https://rhtapps.redhat.com/certifications. I dont want to use credly so it would be really nice to enable that download option at https://rhtapps.redhat.com/certifications.
Hello @dkcbk !

I'm facing the same issue.
I passed the RHCSA on Monday and still cannot gain access to my cert.
The badge is available but the cert is not.
I contacted support and they are going around in circles. The cert is not availalbe to download from credly or from my certificate page on redhat.com.
Better for them to tell us it takes 3 days or whatever than to have us keep checking.
Hello @bcpenguin !
Since the badge is already available - Click on the share option just above your badge :
When you click on share you will get an option to download the certificate :
Did you try this ? Please try and see if this helps you, otherwise you need to raise a support case.
I see it. I just downloaded it.
It's not inuitive to have "download a cert" under a "share" link for a badge.
Thanks for your help.
My pleasure !
Hello @dkcbk,
Red Hat has moved the issuance of Certificates and Badges to Credly. and cannot be downloaded from Red Hat Website anymore.
Login to Credly (https://www.credly.com/users/sign_in) or Seach for the email from "admin@credly.com"
1. Go to "Dashboard", your certificates will be listed there.
2. Click on the certificate
3. Click on "Share" in the right-hand top corner.
4. You have the option to download the certificate there.
Additionally, please follow the below as well which is Guidance to download the Badges.
https://support.credly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026639872-Can-I-download-my-badge-certificate-
It looks bad move. Why should I need another account to download Red Hat certificate. You allready had this option! Why remove it?
