is it possible generate thread dump before 2 or 3 hours on weblogic application server/Tomcat/Jboss

Hello All , 

Normally can generate thread dump  as per login current time  on weblogic application server but if any possibilities  generate thread dump before 2/3 hours ( if any issues occured during time ) or not .

OS category : SunOS,  Linux,  Ubuntu 

please check & provide if any possible solution & waiting for your valuable information .
