I asked in a previous post, ‘What’s one thing we could do to help you take your skills to the next level?’ and I think your question aligns with that. Right now, we don’t have a program offering exam vouchers within the Learning Community.
However, if we were to explore this idea, I’d love to hear your thoughts. If you had the power to decide, what conditions or criteria would you set for members who receive discounted exam vouchers? For example, would there be any skill levels or specific achievements they need to meet? How many vouchers would you give away, at what intervals, and what discount percentages would you consider?
This isn’t a commitment, but I’m open to exploring the idea and making a case for it with my leadership team. I encourage everyone, including @Blue_bird to chime in with your ideas! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
