live iso environment grub error

Hello,

i'm facing the following issue when booting the live iso environment for the exam.

My machine is a PC with Windows 10
CPU : i7-6700HQ

RAM : 24 Gb

Storage : SSD, Free 178 Gb

Any one can help me plz ? My exam is this week :(

Hi,

Every candidate is supposed to read the preparation guide:

Preparation guide Red Hat Remote Exams 

At the end of page 1 it says:

"Read the FAQ or chat with our support team if you have questions during exam preparation"

Then there's a button to "Contact Support" which initiates a live chat...

That's what you should do...
