Hi guys, I'm also facing the same issue. I ran the compatibility test a few hours ago and it ran successfully. However now while testing the usb on the same machine and again on a different one I get an error "The onboarding process could not be initialized" Did anyone get a fix?

Hi @LewisWaita

The error might suggest a network problem, which could be temporary. Checking the connection type (wired or wireless) and rerunning the test may resolve the issue. Few quick tips:

*click on on the screen to see if it proceeds further.

*Restart your router/modem once

*Switch connection type

You can even reach out to support at

https://www.redhat.com/en/services/certification/exam-preparation and use the chat widget at the bottom right corner of the screen to start a live chat with support.
