remote exam environment

when is Red hat going to look into this remote exam environment and its issue. As i explore more and visit countless of disscussion boards the same tune as been sung by multitudes of different participants experiencing the fustration that is this exam environment. It is really become a huge problem and more should be done offering better solutions to this remote exam environment. i have bought hundereds of dollars worth of equipment just to take this exam and it still doesnt work , not to mention the exam itself is not cheap.  I am hoping they make some changes to this feature because it is really not fair to have to study this hard just to run into this type of trouble at the end of it all, PLEAS HELP.

Hi Andre.
I agree, the exams can be improved in many ways.
However, candidates are taking the exam successfully every day and the conditions are the same for everybody. There may be challanges, compatibility and network issues but any of those have nothing to do with Redhat.

Did you contact the technical support?  What exactly are your objections?  It is easy to blame Redhat but impossible to help you without you being specific on your issues.

I have been having this problem since April of this year I have been in contact with numerous support agents who really just gave me the same information. As I stated I tried to buy other equipments to amount of two laptops just make sure I’m doing everything I can and not place blame elsewhere. I took the exam first time with no issues and the second time I attempted with the same pc that’s when the issues started indicating that since the first attempt of me taking the exam there have been changes to system on Red Hats end. I live on the east coast of the United States and there are no testing centers within 100 miles of me another inconvenience of red hat.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, I cannot confirm what you claim.  I looked in the system searching for the tickets open from your email address tandre90@yahoo.com.
I found only two. The first one was closed 6 month ago because you stoipped communicating. The second ticket was open and is still not closed. We are currently waiting for your move. As you can see, we actively tried to help you out..

Ok I understand giving me the same information from the guide is not much helping . I read all those my self. What I’m asking for is information unique to my situation.
