what are the differences between ex280v42k ex280v45k exam objectives?

I would like to know if objects of exam ex280 on openshift 4.2 are equal to ex280 exam on openshift 4.5

on exam objects appear only openshift 4.2 but i've ordered exam of 4.5 any idea if objects changed?
