Need help accessing your Free OpenShift course?

Hi all,

Red Hat Training & Certification recently announced that during the current events associated with COVID-19, we have decided to grant this community access to learn about OpenShift and the core fundamentals of container technology by offering the Introduction to OpenShift Applications course for free. 

If you are not able to access your Free Openshift course successfully, here are a few tips you can try to get logged in successfully.  

1. "Enroll" in the free course here

2. You may initially see a cost associated with this course, please continue through the purchase process and you should see an ending balance of zero (0). 

3. After enrollment navigate to: rol.redhat.com

4. Log-in with the user name used during the course enrollment process (note, this may be different from your email address)

5. Upon log-in, you should see a message on your Home page directing you to the Catalog to access the course

6. Select the Catalog link and DO101 will be ready for you to dive right in!

my order number is 351112, 351076 and 351052 product name is Introduction to OpenShift Applications (DO101R), All these are not able to be launched as the course is not shown in the catalog or any or the portal.

I have check out the  Introduction to OpenShift® Applications (DO101), but did not get any email on the login - I access https://rol.redhat.com/ and tried to look for the course, yet unable to find - please advice how to access the learning.

I already purchased but I am not blue to activate using enroll emend key. It shows limit to this course has been reached. Help in this regards?

Hello Deanna,

I have been experiencing zero subscription days left error. I registered for the course DO101 yesterday and got the email with the link to the course. However, I saw "You have 0 subscription days left" message at once, which was kept even after browser cache's reset. I sent an inquiry with the Red Hat Training & Certification support team, but still didn't get response from them back. Could you possibly help me?

I am willing to start the course, but I am not able yet. Have been no response/support for the problem accessing the course so far? Is Red Hat still interested in attracting new folks?

Can not launch the course due to payment pending . Please be kind enought to assist on below issuse.Already i complained to the Red Hat Training & Certification support team .

Hi @Deanna 

I cannot login to rol.redhat.com with my username.

I can authenticate in rol.redhat.com with my email, but the course list is empty.

With my username or email, I can authenticate on other redhat platforms, example   learn.redhat.com or  The Red Hat Training Center.

please help ;(
