Ansible Automation Platform not Syncing with Gitlab project

Using AAP 2.4 and I am using Personal Access Token and with https disabled it works fine but I want to use HTTPS.

I don't understand how to set the Environment Variable on Job Settings.

EXTRA ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES:

{
"GIT_SSL_CAINFO": "/etc/custom-ca/bundle-ca.crt"
}

I have tried to use the gitlab servers .pem cert but I think I am not setting it correctly.

Any help much appreciated.

In my opinion, You should verify the paths, permissions, and certificate formats.
