Guided exercise prompt not working.

Red Hat System Administration I 9.0

Lab prompt "lab start processes-control" not working properly, no guided exercise is working properly. please help. 

It is not letting me do any homework, please help, everything is due monday.

@kaden12 what do you mean by no GE is working correctly  What is the error ? Please help me with a screenshot.

I believe i attached the link that goes to the screenshot, but the issue is when i wold input a command to prep the workstation for exercise, it would look something like "lab start processes-control" then it will only give me one success reading and cut off the loading proccess. thus not fully prepping the lab for the exercise.

@kaden12 All is fine it seems, if you are facing any issues, please either delete your existing lab and create a new fresh lab or raise a support case and our team will help you.

I have done this 5+ times. on different browsers. nothing is working, i dont understand.

Not sure what could be causing this from your end, please raise a support case, as this needs to be investigated individually. The course and labs are working fine.
