Is Ex200K unavailable for Israel?

Hello!
After a month of very intense studying and preparation for the exam, I decided that I was ready and tried to book it.
However, I was very surprised to find out that in-person exams are not held in Israel, and even adding the EX200K exam to the cart is impossible when logged into an account with an address in Israel.

(It looks like ok, while you're not logged into your acc)
