There are several log files used on a RHEL system.

Which log file is used to record a log message when a new user account
is created on the system?

Note: RHCE and below is the intended audience!

Information regarding new users will be logged to /var/log/secure, as will new groups and changes to groups when 'useradd' runs to create a new user.
