Root partition - LVM

How can I check to see if the root partition is part of a logical volume?

lsblk --fs will tell you.

I also vote for lsblk -fs which gives the nice view.!

you can also try df -h /  or  lvs or mount | grep ' / ' commands as well

mount , df , lvs, lvdisplay, lsblk  .............. will get the job done!
