Unable to create hard link

Hi ,

I am unable to create Hard Link as part of Lab (Section 3.11 / Chapter - 3) with the error " Hard  link not allowed for directory"

@deepak12 that is correct message. Make sure you have done all previous steps correctly. The lab is working fine :

try to type the ln command directly in the terminal insted of copy paste and see if it helps.

Its working now. The issue was with version. Half of the exercise I performed from 9.0 and while trying the remaining from 9.3 , encountered the error. Switched back to 9.0 and it worked.
