What is the best way to upgrade RHEV 3.6 to 4.1 ?

Hi @Mukeshkumar,
You cannot upgrade from 3.6 -> 4.1 directly. You need to go to 4.0 first.

Being in 3.6 I'd do it in a two step process ...
First from 3.6 to 4.0. Here are the steps to do it:
