What is clean login!

I tried to take RHCSA EX200 8 remote exam recently but couldn't get pass the initial login process for the exam vms. I had a prompt which said clean login. I tried to get pass it by cracking root password but that didn't work. When ever the vm booted it would go back to the clean login request screen. Whats is that all about? I plan to re-register for the exam. I want to know what this is. In all the preparations for the exam no one talked about a clean login prompt.

Has anyone ever seen this?

I tried resetting the console by going to the recuse mode and breaking the
password but after clicking on rescue mode (rhel 9) the files were loading
and it redirected me to the same clean login page. I was able to break the
node 2 password and reset it but node 1 I was not able to reset the
password and I was not able to log in with the provided credentials
