8. Install red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 32-bit OS using a CD-ROM drive.
But the screen says“Loading SCSI driver:“ then ”No driver found”

RHEL 3 was originally published in 2003. Is that the version you are installing? It is extremelly unlikely a 20 year old distribution is able to run in such new hardware.
Installing RHEL3 on new hardware will be problematic. You are better off finding hardware from that era just like you found the software. If you really must install RHEL3 on new hardware, you will need to recompile the kernel with drivers for all of the new hardware...and then it's not really RHEL3 any more.
