Inconsistent installation steps in Chapter 12 giuded exercise

On step 6 of the chapter 12 guided exercise to install RHEL, the video directs us to select Installation source, however the instructions say this: 

1. Click Software Selection, select Minimal Install from the Base Environment list, and then click Done.

The Software Selection option is also grayed out.

The instructions need to be updated.
