EX342 wrong exam result

Hello,

It's been a week since I got the result of my second attempt of my EX342 exam and clearly I passed but for some reason, the score hasn't change.

in my first attempt, I got 204 :


Understand and employ general methods for troubleshooting: 73%
Diagnose and troubleshoot system start up issues: 0%
Diagnose and troubleshoot file system issues: 100%
Resolve package management issues: 100%
Troubleshoot and fix network connectivity issues: 86%
Diagnose application issues: 67%
Identify and fix authentication issues: 100%
Gather information to aid third party investigation of issues: 50%

And in my second attempt, I got 204 too :

Understand and employ general methods for troubleshooting: 73%
Diagnose and troubleshoot system start up issues: 0%
Diagnose and troubleshoot file system issues: 100%
Resolve package management issues: 100%
Troubleshoot and fix network connectivity issues: 86%
Diagnose application issues: 100%
Identify and fix authentication issues: 100%
Gather information to aid third party investigation of issues: 50%

All 7 out of 8 domains remain the same, except this one : Diagnose application issues : 100% > 67% (because I answered an additional question right). So there is a small improvement, worth 10 or 15 points , it doesn't matter. what matters is that there's an improvement. So why the total score hasn't changed, that's what doesn't make any sense.

I've already reported to the cert team. Any Idea or explanation on why this happened and how long it takes to get the corrected result?

@Meher_Askri If you have raised a support case with the exam support, they will reply you soon once they are done with the investigation and have a concrete resolution for you. Please wait for the same or you can respond to the support case mail, that you must have got, with your further queries.

I know it might take some time and I have to wait, just wanted to know if anyone has faced the same issue before and how long it took them to fix it.
