Red Hat Academy Students Eligible for Free Preliminary Exam Voucher
Red Hat Academy is launching a promotion for the first one thousand (1,000) eligible students to receive a free exam voucher for a Preliminary Exam in Red Hat System Administration I! Students who have completed the requirements outlined below are eligible for a free exam, subject to Terms and Conditions, to help continue up-skilling and demonstrate your technical expertise to employers, peers and yourself.
Details
The exam voucher promotion will be available to the first 1,000 academy students beginning October 25th, 2022 through December 31st, 2022. If you do not utilize your promo code within this timeframe, you will not be able to redeem your offer.
Requirements
- Must have been enrolled as a student in the Red Hat Academy program, through the Learning Platform
- Completed at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the Red Hat System Administration I course (RH124) between September 1, 2020 and October 31, 2022
- Completed a Student Profile in the Red Hat Academy Talent Network during the promotional period
- Be of legal adult age in the country of residence in which they are registering and making the purchase, or must provide parental consent to participate in this promotion
About the Exam
The performance-based Red Hat Preliminary Exam in System Administration I (PE124) tests your knowledge in areas of system administration common across a wide range of environments and deployment scenarios. The skills tested in this exam are the foundation for system administration across all Red Hat products.
Prerequisites:

Next Steps
If you meet the requirements of this promotion, you will receive an email with instructions on how to apply the voucher to the Preliminary Exam (PE124). You will have 60 days to apply the exam voucher and once redeemed, you will have a full year to take or complete the exam.
