Problems in course Red Hat System Administration I 9.0

Jump to solution

As with Lab 11 and Lab 12, the next labs won't let me start. The same error appears on the screen as soon as I have to start the lab:

Starting Lab Checking lab systems .................FAIL

-serverb cannot be reached over port 22

  -Cannot continue starting lab

In this way, I cannot continue in the labs, as they do not even allow me to start. I would like to know if this is happening to anyone else or just me.

Hi @maddu_ !

Thanks for reaching out !

It seems your serverb is inaccessible which is causing the lab start script to fail. Please delete your existing lab and recreate a fresh one. Since the labs are not dependent on previous exercises you can start doing any lab exercise you want ( after creating a fresh lab ).

Thanks for answering!

You mean the 'Delete' button? Wouldn't it erase all my previous progress?
Wouldn't this affect the course? If not, how to delete the existing lab?

Yes, the delete button ! and yes it will erase all your work in progress ( not course progress ) and will destroy the existing lab environment completely.
