Regarding cancelling invoice

Hi ,

Recently i tried to book a rhcsa exam on redhat official site but accidently i clicked on complete my order but i haven't done the payment yet.But the invoice generated and its in the status of active (prepaid ).Please someone tell me to how to cancell the invoice
