Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions
- Promotional Offer: During the Promotional Period, in Red Hat’s North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Latin America (LATAM) & Asia Pacific (APAC) (excluding Russia & China) region (the “Territory”), a Red Hat Academy Student(s) located in the Territory who meets the criteria set forth herein (the “Eligible Customer”), consumes at least 50% of the Red Hat OpenShift Administration I (DO180) course through the Red Hat Academy Learning Platform (RHALP) and lab usage between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 (the “Promotional Period”) in the Territory, will be eligible to receive a free Preliminary Exam in Red Hat OpenShift Administration (PE180K) (the “Promotional Offer”).
- End Customer Requirements for Eligibility: For the end customer to receive the Promotional Offer, the following conditions must be met: 1) end customer must be located in Red Hat’s North America, EMEA, LATAM & APAC (Excluding Russia & China) region; 2) end customer must consume the Eligible Product(s) during the Promotional Period; 3) end customer must consume at least 50% of the Red Hat OpenShift Administration I (DO180) and labs; 4) end customer must redeem the fulfilled promotional code within one week of the code’s issue date.
- Promotional Offer Limit: Promotional Offer is limited to one use per individual (the “Named Participant”)
- Territory: Promotional Offer is available only in Red Hat’s North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Latin America & Asia Pacific (excluding Russia & China) region (the “Territory”) per the terms and conditions set forth herein. For questions about specific country eligibility, please contact Red Hat sales.
- Sales Channels: This Promotional Offer is available via purchase direct from Red Hat in the Territory.
- Eligible Products: Promotional Offer is limited to the following Red Hat Training Products : Red Hat OpenShift Administration I (DO180) in the Territory with a start date during the Promotional Period (the “Eligible Products”).
- Promotional Period: November 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Orders outside of this period are excluded.
- Promotional Offer Availability and Cancellation: Promotional Offer is subject to availability of the Eligible Products. Red Hat reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotional Offer at any time without notice.
- End Customer Cancellation Reschedule or Failure to Attend: If Eligible Customer fails to consume at least 50% of the Eligible Product(s) associated with the Promotional Offer, the Promotional Offer is void.
- No Promotional Offer Combinations: This Promotional Offer may not be combined with any other promotions, offers, discounts, bundles, or coupons, except as set forth herein.
- Violation of Terms: If an Eligible Customer violates any of the Promotional Offer terms, or the terms of the Red Hat Training Policies, the Promotional Offer will be void.
- Void Where Prohibited: Promotional Offer is void where prohibited by law.
- All Red Hat Training Policies Apply: Unless otherwise provided for in these terms and conditions, all terms of the Enterprise Agreement and Appendix 2A (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/agreements) and the associated Red Hat Training Policies (https://www.redhat.com/en/about/red-hat-training-policies) (the “Agreements”) shall apply to the Red Hat Product(s) sold in connection with this Promotional Offer.
- Conflicts in Terms: In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Promotional Offer and the Agreements, the conflict may be resolved at Red Hat’s discretion in favor of the terms of the Promotional Offer during the Promotional Period.
