Unable to download Red Hat System Administration I 9.0 certificate

After completing all the labs of the course, with the response of all 'SUCCESS' and 'PASS', it appears as if I had completed only 89% of the course. I don't know why this is happening, because I'm pretty sure I took the whole course. Could anyone tell me if there is anything else besides the lab or an exam that needs to be done to get 100% and get the certificate?

Please open a support case so that our team can check this from backend. It appears that there is a glitch with the course progress, also it takes a while to update the latest status. Do not worry ,our team will help you!

I just want to update you about the case. The problem persists, even though I received an email saying it was resolved.

It continues to appear as if I've only done 89% of the course.

How can I solve this? What should I do? Is there any way for me to know if I ended up skipping a lab by mistake or a list of the labs I passed?

The course deadline is in July 31 and I really want to get my certificate.

Regret the inconevenice caused , please reply to that email stating the same - this will reopen the case ( if closed ).
