@Anantkumar You will need to log onto our portal using your RHN ID. The discount is only valid for current RHCSAs - please review the terms and conditions linked above to ensure you are eligible. If you are still not seeing the discount appear, please contact our Support team via our online form: https://access.redhat.com/support/

Good afternoon,
I followed all the steps to get the discount but the persistent value is the same. I contacted https://access.redhat.com/support/ but I was directed to speak with training-br@redhat.com. But so far I can't redeem these discounts. How do I take advantage of discounts when the promotion term is running out?
