I would like to offer you my perspective on Red Hat Exams.
I have been taking exams since 2007; there have been a fair few of them.
Any time I felt something was wrong, I have raised a ticket with the comments.html link.
Here's where things nosedive, as far as user experience goes.
Sometimes I know I was right and sometimes I know I needed to prepare better for a topic.
My tickets are closed with a simple - "Your work did not meet the expected result", or something similar. I have not found a way to contest anything even when I know I was right and scored a 0 for it.
So I would advise you to just go on and prepare for your next attempt.

@m0glik1d You must have got an email when you raised the case that it can take 3-5 business days to get a response especially if it is about an exam review. The team will investigate and closely review exam tasks and share with you their findings soon. Appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
