Bad RHLS Support Team Response Time
I am writing this topic as a way to protest about the delay in feedback from the RHLS exam support team.
I opened a ticket to review my exam score, and it has been 2 days since I have received any response, much less an expected response.
I only received an email informing me that my ticket was forwarded to another queue, but I have not even received any feedback from the team.
I am a RHLS subscriber and one of the benefits I expected would be better and more attentive support.
Please, I ask that you improve this, we expect at least an expected response time or an SLA.

I would like to offer you my perspective on Red Hat Exams.
I have been taking exams since 2007; there have been a fair few of them.
Any time I felt something was wrong, I have raised a ticket with the comments.html link.
Here's where things nosedive, as far as user experience goes.
Sometimes I know I was right and sometimes I know I needed to prepare better for a topic.
My tickets are closed with a simple - "Your work did not meet the expected result", or something similar. I have not found a way to contest anything even when I know I was right and scored a 0 for it.
So I would advise you to just go on and prepare for your next attempt.

@m0glik1d You must have got an email when you raised the case that it can take 3-5 business days to get a response especially if it is about an exam review. The team will investigate and closely review exam tasks and share with you their findings soon. Appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
