Buying RH Learning Subscription through Marketplace

Hello,

I have the option to subscribe to anything I want through Azure Marketplace as this is where we keep our budget. Subscribing to RH Learning subscription is possible through AWS Marketplace but not Azure Marketplace. IS there anyone here that can provide any insights on this. Is there a way Ican get a private offer through Azure Marketplace suibscribe to RHLS Standard??
