I think the only Red Hat courses code are like:
Red Hat System Administration I: RH124
Red Hat System Administration II: RH134
Anyway, not talking for IBMSkillsBuild, but my gut feeling is that the answer might be: No. you cannot get the exam RHCSA (EX200) https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/ex200-red-hat-certified-system-administrator-rhcsa-exam .
I also see that skillsbuild seems to deliver some certificate of completion, not exam certificate like Red Hat does.
