hi everyone!
in short i ve missed my EX294 retake appointment booked 10 days ahead, busy period between my own work and preparing for the exam , a noreply confirm email sent after booking the exam ( which ended in my spam for i dont know what reason), atleast for the last seven days 4H spent daily in the RHLS where there were no notification or banner or alert when you login reminding you the exam date ( most of them regarding new tracks ,products ) and to see it you need to dig deep in catalogue and type again your exam type .
atleast be practical to add a calendar link or file with confirmation email when one book it.
i dont no if somebody experienced this before , but missing it like this after days of preparations and sweat, realy hurts.

I realize how bad that must be. A couple things here ... as mentioned above, one of the things I have done is put the exam in my calendar when I book it (yes, it is manual) but a calendar invite would have most likely ended up in your spam e-mail too, but that isn't a bad suggestion as the reservation confirmation already has all the needed details in there for a calendar invite.
In addition to the confirmation e-mail, you should also be reciving an e-mail to test the device you are taking the exam on a few days before the exam which serves as a second reminder of the upcoming exam. It reminds you to test the device and when the scheduled date/time is for the exam. It sounds like this e-mail might have been flagged as SPAM as well.
So I would suggest that you "whitelist" noreply@redhat.com with your mail program or provider to preven these from being mared as spam in the future.
Now for the last piece of feedback you left, yes, from RHLS it is very difficult to find out what exams you've taken and what you have booked. Currently, the exam scheduler application is a completely separate application and not linked with RHLS. The ROL interface is for curriculum and labs and has a button to generate a voucher which will then let you "book" an exam. The link that allows you to book the exam takes you to completely different systems that manage certification exam scheduling and delivery. I'm not sure if it will be possible to pull in the exam information to the dashboard, but that does sound like a very useful and beneficial feature and suggestion, so I'm looping in @cschunke for comment to see if this is something that is even possible.
First off, I don't represent Red Hat in any way. Sorry , but if it was important maybe you should have manually added it to your calendar when you booked it. That's part of being an adult. Why should Red Hat have to program functions on the back end because you can't simply add an event to your own calendar?
here we talk how to make it human error prone in case one forget or overwelmed or the email ended in spam ,this is nt my first cert , i know exactly what i am talking about , and "Manualy" thanks anyway for your hint.

Thanks Travis for your clarification!
i was unfortunate , i got my rhca cert 4 months ago in a exam center , all seemed perfect also this time , till you discover that your retake was completed 2 days ago and you were still preparing for it for the day after
Because of the difficulties getting to the Exam Scheduler, I ended up bookmarking this URL (https://rhtapps.redhat.com/ies/external/dashboard) so I could get there in one click. Maybe a link on the RHOL site under the Menu would be an easy to find and use option.
