Dear Red Hat Certification Team,
 
I hope this message finds you well.
 
I am writing to request the reinstatement of my first exam attempt. I had purchased the exam package that includes two attempts and took my first attempt on Friday. Unfortunately, I was unable to pass due to a technical issue with your lab environment, which disrupted the exam and ultimately led to the cancellation of my first attempt.
 
Given that the issue originated from your lab infrastructure, I believe it is only fair to have my first attempt re-enabled. I would appreciate it if you could let me know when this will be resolved and the attempt reinstated.

@svishwa this forum isn’t monitored by the support team. I can see you’ve already opened a ticket, so the best next step is to wait for them to follow up and resolve it.
